As the Senior 3D artist, I am responsible in managing and assigning work to other 3D artists, and guiding their workflow. I am also responsible in giving technical advice to the team. I manage projects ensuring high quality renders are given to clients throughout the whole process to ensure precise feedback during production, ensuring clients are happy when final delivery arrives.
I was responsible in R&D, finding ways to improve and expand the pipeline.
